Buzz Frenzy is easy. Like, really easy. It is so easy that some folks think that they don’t have to do anything. Oh, if only that were so! We’ve put together a few “Best Practices” to keep in mind when using Buzz Frenzy:
Just Buzz. Buzz everything (I’m not kidding). So many businesses think too much about it. They worry if the post is going to work. They want to make sure the post is “just right”. Don’t do that! Just Buzz. If you Buzz it, it will work. We say that the “sweet spot” is between 2-4 Buzzes per week. More than likely that is about how much you post right now anyway. So Buzz everything. You’ll learn what makes a better Buzz later. For now JUST BUZZ!
When you signed up we asked for your business category. This allowed Buzz Frenzy to target people in your area who have certain traits that tell us that they already want what you are selling. Awesome! When you Buzz a post you are talking directly to people who want to hear from you. So, what does that mean to you?
It means you can talk like a normal person. People are on social media because they want to know what is happening with their friends, family, and their community. You are a part of that community! People like to know that there is an actual human being behind the businesses they use. Be human. Show behind the scenes stuff. The things that you think are mundane parts of your business are fascinating to those who don’t know. Show them that stuff. Be human. Be social and you will absolutely kill it!
What information do your customers want to see? Who knows! Seriously, it is impossible to guess what is going to make your customers jump off the couch and do something. What you need is data that shows you what works and then you can learn (from your own data!) what your customers want to see and read.
Your dashboard gives you quick information to show you which posts are Buzzing better than others. The Resonance Score is a simple metric that shows you an easy to understand “grade” that you can use to compare your content. It shows you which posts are resonating with your customers.
Use this data to learn what works and what doesn’t.
