You can change your Buzztag, CEZ, and Business Category whenever you want.

When you signed up we asked for a couple of things: Facebook URL, Buzztag, Customer Engagement Zone, and Business Category. Of these, 3 of them can get changed whenever you want:

BUZZTAG

Whatever word or phrase you are using to trigger a Buzz can be changed on a whim. Don’t like it? Your mood has changed? Too simple? Too complicated? No worries. Change it as often as you want and/or need. The change will take effect immediately. #ilovemybuzztag

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT ZONE

The 20 mile diameter circle over your customers can be adjusted on the fly. Need to scooch it over a little bit? Go ahead. Want to move it to a completely different city? Have at it. This change happens immediately. So, if you are on tour, your Buzz can move with you.

BUSINESS CATEGORY

Want to attract a different crowd? Changing your Business Category changes your targeting. Does your hotel need to Buzz about it’s wedding event space? Yes, you can do that. Change it. Change it back. This takes effect as soon as you switch it.

Buzz Frenzy can be as flexible as you need it to be. Most businesses will never change any of this. But, if you need to, you can.
