Sometimes the Facebook connection just… breaks.

It’s not you. It just happens. (If you must know: Facebook connects to Buzz Frenzy using “tokens”. These tokens can be refreshed for a variety of reasons – usually, when a password is reset on the Facebook page. If a token breaks, we have to reset it.)

Resetting your connection is very easy. Follow these steps and you’ll be back up and buzzing in moments.

LOG IN

Log in to your Buzz Frenzy Dashboard (if you have more than one account, choose the account in question). You will be confronted with this notification:

Click “SETTINGS”

Scroll down to the Facebook section:

Click “Link Facebook Account”

Choose the Facebook Business Page you want to use with Buzz Frenzy:

Click “LINK FACEBOOK PAGE”

You will be brought back to your Settings page:

TADA! You’re done.

Again, this doesn’t happen very often, so hopefully you won’t see these instructions very often.
